Motivational books, or “self-help” books can be so useful. I don’t like calling them “self-help” books because of the negative connotation that comes along with it. These kinds of books are very important, because they help motivate you, get you thinking, and help you discover things you didn’t even realize you were thinking and feeling. Here is a list of some of my favorites!
This is a great motivational book, which discusses the different ways to remain present through all the chaos of everyday life.
This is an inspiring read about overcoming fears and insecurities so that you can grow into the person you’re meant to be.
Another one of many great motivational books about overcoming self-doubt so that you can begin living life to the fullest.
This is an inspiring read, discussing the symptoms of anxiety, as well as how to overcome panic attacks, anxiety attacks, social anxiety, and more. This is a great book if you’re struggling with anxiety and don’t know what to do about it.
